Provisional text, prepared before legal review. It describes what this site and the demo channels actually do today.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of reservoice.com and of Reservoice's demo channels (the demo chat, the demo phone line 0850 303 95 69 and Instagram messages to @reservoice.ai). The site is operated by Reservoice. By using it you accept these terms. Agreements with hotels that use Reservoice are made separately.
The demo channels
- The demo hotel is not a real hotel. Its rooms, rates and availability are samples. No reservation is created and no payment is taken.
- Replies are generated automatically by AI and can be wrong. Do not rely on them for travel, health, legal or financial decisions.
- Please do not share ID, card or health details, and do not use the demo channels for anything unlawful, abusive or to test them with automated traffic at scale.
- We may limit, pause or end the demo channels at any time.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and software of this site belong to Reservoice or its licensors. Hotel names and logos shown on the site belong to those hotels and are shown with their permission. The fonts used are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
Liability
The site and the demo channels are provided as they are, without any warranty that they are always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Reservoice is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site or the demo channels. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the privacy notice and the KVKK information notice.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules that protect consumers.
